EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 500 ml (Mount Etna PDO)

Unique to the Monte Etna PDO, it is a blend of nocellara dell’ Etna and Randazzese. With its medium intense fruitiness, with hints of fresh grass and tomato and bitter almond and its harmonious balance between bitter and spicy is perfect for fish , cooked or raw, salads and vegetables. The bottle has a dispensing cap that allows for light and even distribution over the dishes, avoiding unnecessary waste. Available in 250 ml or 500 ml bottle versions. The farm’s agricultural activity is based on the ownership and direct control of 8 ha planted with olive trees.
